If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or full service fee.
• “No-show” bookings may be charged at full rate.

Refunds are assessed at our discretion, taking into account:

• How far in advance the cancellation was made,
• Preparatory work already completed.

We accept payments via secure options listed at checkout (e.g., EFT, credit/debit card). All transactions are processed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.
